Starting Position
Helvetic Transfer offers premium airport transfers, business trips and WEF shuttles throughout Switzerland. Despite spending considerable money on Google Ads, the team barely received any online inquiries. The old WordPress site was text-heavy, the only contact form was hidden under “Contact” and was virtually invisible on smartphones.
Analysis — Why Were There No Leads?
- Invisible call to action Buttons only led to further sections of text; a booking form only appeared at the bottom.
- Lack of tracking Google Analytics goals were never set up; the advertising budget could not be optimized based on conversions.
- Slow mobile performance large images, no lazy loading, Lighthouse score below 65.

The New User Journey
- Ad click — on “Airport Transfer Zurich”, for example.
- Landing page with immediately visible three-step form.
- Book in under 60 seconds — after sending, the dispatch team receives all relevant data.
- Alternatively: Direct call or WhatsApp chat via the Sticky Bar.
Scores
- Conversion rate form: from < 1% to approx. 4%.
- Ø 10-12 additional transfer requests per week.
- Ads cost per lead fell by around 45%.
- New top 5 positions for keywords such as “Airport Transfer Switzerland” and “Chauffeur Service Zurich.”
